Yes, we will take care of all disconnecting/reconnecting and moving of most larger appliances.

Ideally all loose items are packed and ready to be moved on moving day, including all items from dressers/chest of drawers/night stands, etc. If you feel your furniture items can survive the move without structural damage with the added weight of loaded items, then we can perform the move with the loaded piece. However, that will typically end with your clothing/loose particles, in other parts of the furniture and possible structural damage to the piece of furniture. ***All Particle board furniture items should be emptied prior to being moved.***

This is a service industry and just like any other service, if you feel your guys have served you at the level of earning a tip, then by all means we encourage it! The best rule of thumb to follow if you are wanting to know a good tip amount is to stick with percentages like you would with a great waiter. This is a matter of generosity at the end of the day and is of course not an expectation on our clients.
